What does the Chalet include?
Enjoy a chalet on our Tearooms terrace with a signature breakfast and unlimited hot drinks. The perfect winter morning with friends or family!
How long can I book a breakfast chalet up until?
You can book a chalet up to 24 hours until the date of the booking.
Where is The Tearooms situated?
The Tearooms is based in Italian Gardens at Trentham Estate overlooking the lake. Upon arrival, please make your way to the host stand outside the restaurant and a member of staff will be there to greet you and take you to your table.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome in the chalets.
Do you cater for different dietary needs and allergies?
We offer a vegan menu which is dairy free. Please make our host aware of any allergens upon being seated.
Do I need to pay to access the Gardens?

How many people do the Chalets hold?
The chalets hold up to 6 people.
Can I purchase additional drinks or food on the day?
We are not currently offering any celebration packages. However, you can of course bring your own decorations. Please note, we do not allow confetti.
How long is each sitting and are we able to stay longer?
Yes of course! Please free to order any additional food or drink items on the day from our standard menu.
Do you offer a children’s menu?
Children are more than welcome to order from the children’s menu on the day.
Do you have high chairs available?
Yes, we provide high chairs.
Can I smoke or use E-Cigs?
Smoking is strictly forbidden this includes E-Cigs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a change of date policy and require 1 week notice, if you are unsure on the date we can provide gift vouchers instead.
What if I am late?
Your time allocation will start from the time your booking states, unfortunately there will be no extension – please do not be late, everything is made fresh to order and will be prepared for your arrival.
Where are the toilets?
Toilets are located in between The Tearooms and The Kiosk, you can access by following the path past the play park.
