Meet April
April has been a friendly, familiar face at Trentham for over 20 years. She loves welcoming guests with a smile and takes real pride in everything she does. April embodies our values through her warmth, dedication, and care for both customers and colleagues. She’s at the heart of the team and truly appreciated by everyone who works with her — and by the many visitors who look forward to seeing her year after year.

Every year, we host our Values Awards, a special event dedicated to celebrate the incredible people who make our venues so special.
The awards shine a light on team members who go above and beyond, bringing our core values to life every day. It’s our way of recognising hard work, passion, and the positive impact our staff have on both our guests and each other.
