Many of our staff have been with us for years, growing alongside us and helping to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere we’re so proud of. Some have even been here since the very beginning! We’re lucky to have such a fantastic team — a mix of long-standing crew members and new faces — all bringing energy, passion, and personality to our restaurants every day. Whether they’re making your favourite drink, cooking up something delicious, or simply sharing a smile, our people make our places feel special.
Meet April
April has been a friendly, familiar face at Trentham for over 20 years. She loves welcoming guests with a smile and takes real pride in everything she does. April embodies our values through her warmth, dedication, and care for both customers and colleagues. She’s at the heart of the team and truly appreciated by everyone who works with her — and by the many visitors who look forward to seeing her year after year.
