What can I pre-order to the Summer Concerts?
The packages include: Lager 30.00 -12 x lager cans
Prosecco 60.00 – 3 x bottles of prosecco
Mixed prosecco and Lager 40.00 – 1 x bottle of prosecco, 8 x cans of lager
Picnic box 30.00 serves 2 people
Sandwiches, pork pie, chutney, cheese, mixed leaf salad, scone clotted cream Jam and butter and a slice of carrot cake
Luxury picnic 40.00 serves 2 people

Where can I collect the picnic from?
The picnic collection point will be clearly signed and next to the catering trailers at Trentham Summer Concerts. When collecting your picnic or drinks package, please head to the collection point and display your confirmation email, our team will then be on hand to help.
What time is collection?
You can collect your picnic from our collection point on the night from 5:30pm – 6pm
Are these packages exclusive to Trentham Summer Concerts?
Yes they are exclusive to the concerts and you must have a ticket to the concert to be able to access the collection point. For admission and ticketing please click here.
Do you cater for allergens on the picnics?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot cater to any allergens and have a set signature menu. This cannot be customised.
How do we dispose of our rubbish?
We do ask that you use bins located around the gardens or take your rubbish away with you.
What if I am late to pick up my order?
Your box will be ready at the agreed collection time. If you are late for collection, this may affect the quality of your order and is the responsibility of the guests.
Can I customise my order?
We cannot accept any swapping of food items to your picnic.
What if I can’t make it on the day?
We are not able to issue any refunds. If you cancel before the 48-hour period, we will be able to reallocate your booking to another day. We are not able to reallocate any bookings that fall within the 48-hour period before your booking. We do not issue refunds, but can accommodate a different date.
